DIVISION 03

Civil Underground Utilities

Trenching, servicing and restoration in live downtown, industrial and municipal environments.

01 / OVERVIEW

Built by our own crews.

Underground civil construction for fiber, power and utility owners across the greater Edmonton area. We plan around existing utilities, manage traffic and pedestrian access, and restore surfaces to municipal standard. Our operators are trained for residential, commercial and downtown work where clearance, vibration and public disruption all matter.

That discipline matters most on a live roadway. Restoration is not a follow-on trade waiting on another contractor's demobilization. It is the same crew, scheduled against the same superintendent, with compaction testing and surface reinstatement built into the sequence rather than chased afterwards.

Locates, utility coordination and potholing support come before the first cut. Every completed run is surveyed, and trench depth, alignment, bedding and reinstatement detail are documented so your record drawings reflect what is actually in the ground.
